Link allows users to chat with one another, both one-on-one and in groups. Chat conversations can include text, images, files, and even emojis.

In addition to making and receiving calls, Link also includes features such as voicemail, SMS, call forwarding, and caller ID. Users can access these features through the Calls tab in the Link app, which provides a list of recent calls and allows users to initiate new calls or join ongoing ones.
