What is the difference between the Basic and Pro plans?

The Basic Plan is free with unlimited meetings for you to try and test the service -meetings, group and individual calls are capped with a maximum duration of 10 min. If you need unlimited group meetings that last longer than 10 minute upgrade for a Pro and Max Account here.

I have a really large team, are there any limits on the number of users I can have?

There are no limits to the number of users in your subscription, if you would like to purchase a large quantity and have specific feature requirements please contact our Sales Team.

Can I record my meetings?

Yes, you can choose to record individual calls or have a permanent recording to all your calls
